Changes and returns

At Gina Nieto LLC, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, we are here to help.

Here’s how our change and return policy works:

To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service at +1 (512) 909 2240, or send an email to sales@ginanieto.com or customerservice@ginanieto.com. You will need to attach the proof of purchase and specify the reason for the return so we can assist you efficiently.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns; however, we are always willing to replace your order with one that exceeds your expectations.

Rejected Deliveries: If the recipient refuses the delivery, you will receive 25% of the purchase value in the form of a voucher for your next order. Due to the nature of the product, returns or refunds in cash are not applicable.

Conditioned Delivery Locations: Delivery to some hospitals, hotels, businesses, or military bases may be difficult at times, but in most cases, orders will arrive properly. If your order is going to one of these places, please check and inform us of their policies. We will do our best to comply with the rules of each facility, but we are not responsible if they prevent access. Under these circumstances, GINA NIETO LLC cannot issue any refunds.

Quality: Floral arrangements are unique and handmade, so it is impossible for two to be identical. We make every effort to ensure they match the photos and descriptions as closely as possible. There may be small variations, but the concept and quality of the product are always guaranteed.

DELIVERY HOURS
Deliveries will be made during business hours, Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
